Ultra wide angle tilt sensor

Development Background
Is it possible to measure a wide angle of inclination that greatly exceeds the measurement range of ±1 degree? We have developed this system in response to such customer requests.
Conventional wide-angle measurement required the use of three displacement transducers to measure the heights of three points and then convert the angles. However, this method required three displacement transducers, space for their installation, and an object of a certain size, making it impossible to measure small objects. We have solved this problem with a product that uses the autocollimator method.
Features
1. Ultra-wide measuring range
2. High-speed measurement (10K sampling)
3. Analog (±5V) measurement data output

*1. The working distance from the end of the lens barrel is 45 ± 1 mm due to the 20 mm optical tube installed at the sensor end.
*2. Circular range.
*3. Our standard sample is set at the 65 mm position for measurement.3σ value obtained by passing through a Butterworth low-pass filter at 3000 Hz (-3 dB) after 1 second of acquisition at 25 kS on a NI PCI-6221 AD board, according to our inspection regulations.
*4. Our standard sample is set at the 48 mm position for measurement.3σ value obtained by passing through a Butterworth low-pass filter at 3000 Hz (-3 dB) after 1 second of acquisition at 25 kS on a NI PCI-6221 AD board, according to our inspection regulations.

*5. Our standard sample is used by setting it at the 25 mm position and measuring near the origin.3σ value obtained by passing through a Butterworth low-pass filter at 3000 Hz (-3 dB) after 1 second of acquisition at 25 kS on a NI PCI-6221 AD board, according to our inspection regulations.
*6. The error against the ideal straight line when measuring a our standard sample. Measured values may vary depending on the object to be measured.
