Is there any method to check the assembly variation between the CMOS sensor image sensor and the cover glass?

・Solutions

The tilt sensor enables non-contact measurement of the image sensor surface and the angle of the cover glass. If wavelength characteristics are available, the mounted wavelength can be selected and optimized. Reduction of tact time can be expected.
