I want to evaluate the posture of a mechanical part that is so fragile that it changes shape when touched.

Tilt sensors may be able to measure even very small, flat areas. High brightness LD and high sensitivity light receiving part enable non-contact measurement of objects with reflectance close to 0%. Enables posture measurement without applying load to the object.
