Non-contact measurement of dallision(roll-off) at the periphery of semiconductor wafers

We would like to evaluate roll-off variation in the periphery of semiconductor wafers in a non-contact manner.

・Solutions

Tilt sensor enables non-contact measurement of the angle of the semiconductor wafer tip to measure the roll-off at the tip of the wafer. This leads to improved yield and productivity.
