Development Background
Is it possible to realize a compact autocollimator that can be easily integrated into equipment? We developed this product in response to such customer requests.
The sensor head is designed to be extremely small based on the specifications of measuring range and working distance, which are frequently requested.
We have developed an unprecedented lightweight and compact product that enables control of sensors via serial communication.
